Colby is thrilled to announce that she is now represented by Christine Witthohn of Book Cents Literary Agency! 

Colby is hard at work penning her newest project, THE DONOR, a work of women's fiction.  What it's about:

Twenty-one-year-old Abby Rothschild isn’t nearly as worried about losing her own kidney as she is about what would happen if her older sister Becca’s kidneys stop working.  But when Abby goes in to a pre-op screening to determine if she’s fit to donate to Becca, she learns she can’t donate an organ to her sister, because her own heart is failing.  The two sisters are both put on the national organ donor list for a heart and a kidney respectively, but they both realize the truth: their best chance for getting their own transplant is for the other sister to die.

Also in the works: THE TRADE, a new work of Romantic Suspense.  What it's about:

A young husband and his high school classmate--New York Times reporter McKenzie McClendon--pose as a couple trying to adopt in order to expose an extensive black market trade, and by doing so, attempt to find the baby his wife was killed to obtain.
